Products sold through The Marilyn Gerena Library are digital downloads. After payment is completed, your files are delivered through Payhip, and a download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please download and securely save a backup copy of your purchase. For delivery or file-access assistance, contact hello@marilyngerena.com.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, corrupted or incorrect files, or products materially different from their descriptions. Contact hello@marilyngerena.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order email and receipt.
Your purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use or internal use within one business you own or operate. Your employees or contractors may use the files solely while working for that business, provided they do not retain, distribute, or use the files independently.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for sale, upload to a shared library, provide to unrelated third parties, claim the products as your own, or use the files or modified versions to create competing products for sale.
Product descriptions identify the included file formats and relevant software requirements. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing. Educational resources and templates are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed.
